One & Two Old Mill is a joined pair of mid-rise condominium buildings by Tridel located at the edge of Bloor West and the Old Mill neighbourhood in Toronto. The development combines approximately 217 suites across 10- to 12-storey towers, offering unit sizes from around 800 to nearly 2,000 sq ft, suited to one- to three-bedroom layouts. The architecture shows a refined use of traditional materials: cream precast exteriors, stone-tones, and black granite accents, integrating well with the heritage feel of the surrounding Kingsway/Old Mill area. Amenities include fitness and yoga facilities, indoor pool, party and guest suites, rooftop terraces, and indoor-outdoor common areas. The buildings also incorporate green building features: LEED certification elements, energy-efficient design, green roofs, and enhanced water/energy performance.
